Why We Start With an Intro
Some gyms ask you to sign up first and figure things out later.
We do the opposite.
People come to GRIT in different seasons — starting a weight loss journey, rebuilding after injury, chasing serious goals, or simply trying to feel like themselves again.
There isn’t one program that works for everyone.
So we don’t force you into one.
We learn where you are today and guide you toward the best starting point for your goals, schedule, and lifestyle… and, your plan can evolve as you do.

During your visit you will:
Meet with a certified coach
In-depth analysis of InBody body composition scan where we review key markers like skeletal muscle, visceral fat, and any muscle imbalances.
Talk about your goals, challenges, and history
Tour the gym and experience the environment
Complete a movement analysis to understand how your body moves today
