The foundation of GRIT was built on functional team training. By training in a team environment, you will always have motivation, inspiration and accountability to help you on even your most challenging day. Training with a group has also been scientifically proven to have a positive impact on social and mental well being; therefore providing an all encompassing approach to a healthier lifestyle.
GRIT offers an inclusive and diverse fitness environment where everybody and every body is welcome. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, we encourage and accept everyone from the beginner to the advanced.

GRIT was founded by The Rach(a)els... two local, woman-owned leaders who believed this community deserved a place where every person felt accepted, welcomed, supported, and capable of more.
They carefully hand-picked a team of trainers, nutrition coaches, and movement specialists who genuinely care about you... your fears, your wins, your goals, your story. And together with an incredible community, they make doing hard things fun… the kind of fun that keeps you wanting to show up, grow, and surprise yourself.
