Create your 2026 vision with Vision With GRIT! Reflect, scrap, connect, and craft a visual reminder of how you want your year to feel.
This New Year, we’re inviting you to slow down and reconnect through a Vision With Grit scrapboarding workshop – a relaxed, creative reset designed to help you reflect on what you want more (and less) of in the year ahead.
GRIT hosting in collaboration with Group of Grit, a resilience-based initiative founded by athlete Alex Klein, this experience blends reflection, creativity, and community. Group of Grit exists to support women and girls navigating life’s harder seasons by redefining strength, self-trust, and grit beyond just physical performance.
No experience is needed. This is not about setting rigid goals or creating a perfect vision board. Through guided prompts, scrapboarding, and good conversation (plus bagels and coffee), you’ll create a visual reminder of how you want your life to feel in this season – grounded, strong, and aligned.

Nervous in gym atmosphere?
What this class offers:
- Clear understanding of weightlifting/gym terminology.
- Understand variety of movements for full body strength training.
- Learn how to progress exercises to continue to improve and get stronger.
- Learn how to adjust exercises for injuries, pain, or other limitations.
- Ensure appropriate form with exercises to reduce risk of future injury.
- Gain confidence in gym atmosphere in order to continue improving health.
This all happens in a small group setting of only 6 people to ensure 1:1 attention and maximize the ability to learn in a safe and welcoming environment without the fear of judgment and gym intimidation.
This program runs for 8 weeks (16 sessions) on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am and will be billed weekly at $104.

Intro to Weight Lifting for Women

Want to return to fitness after having a baby?
-This is for you if you want to improve body composition, strength, and fitness but pelvic floor and core don't feel ready.
-If you're unsure how to bridge the gap between basic home exercises/stretches and HIIT classes, running and/or group fitness.
What this program offers:
- Instruction in core engagement and appropriate progression of core strengthening
- Education on timeline for pelvic floor and core healing and strengthening
- Structured plan for building up full body strength to return to fitness activities like weightlifting, running, or group fitness classes
- Education on common postpartum issues/symptoms and what to do about them
- Improved confidence in abilities to return to regular fitness without leaking or pain.
- Baby and me friendly. (Please be mindful that there is no family restroom available or proper changing table and baby must remain in carrier/car seat for safety reasons)
This program is 8 weeks (16 sessions) and starts 3/3/26. Sessions are on Tuesday and Thursday at 1p and will be billed weekly at $104.
*** must be at least 6 weeks postpartum with vaginal delivery / 8 weeks with c-section and proper clearance by Doctor to return to gym **
