Introduction to Strength Training

INTRODUCTION TO STRENGTH TRAINING

An 8 week beginner strength training course that teaches safe form, foundational movements, and how to progress or modify exercises—so you can feel confident and capable in any gym.


This class offers:

- A better understanding of weightlifting/gym terminology

- You will understand a variety of movements for full body strength training

- Learn how to progress exercises to continue to improve and get stronger

- Learn how to adjust exercises for injuries, pain, or other limitations

- Ensure appropriate form with exercises to reduce risk of future injury

- Gain confidence in gym atmosphere in order to continue improving health

This program is 8 weeks (16 sessions) and starts 3/3/26. Sessions are on Tuesday and Thursday at 11a and each session is $65 but will be billed weekly at $130.

Taylor is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and personal trainer who understands the gaps in women's healthcare - not just patient care, but through her own journey as a mom. Taylor provides expert guidance women need to stay strong and capable at every stage.
