GRIT was founded by The Rach(a)els... two local, woman-owned leaders who believed this community deserved a place where every person felt accepted, welcomed, supported, and capable of more.

 

They carefully hand-picked a team of trainers, nutrition coaches, and movement specialists who genuinely care about you... your fears, your wins, your goals, your story. And together with an incredible community, they make doing hard things fun… the kind of fun that keeps you wanting to show up, grow, and surprise yourself.

I FEEL STRONGER EVERY DAY

I came to GRIT to get stronger and improve my health. Being so out of shape intimidated me at first, but I soon found a completely accepting and encouraging group who mutually support one another. The trainers listened to me and my needs and take time to personalize my workouts. I have a long way to go, but I feel stronger every day, and feel confident that I’ll reach my goals.
